JEFFREY STEVESON RULE Born November 7, 1968 Died At Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD
Married April 26, 2003 JEFF RULE is the first son of Renshaw Bruce Rule. Jeff moved from Bethesda to Annandale Virginia in 1969 to 4306 Kenwyn Ct were his parents continue to live. Jeff attended Wakefield Elementary, Frose Middle School and W.T. Woodson High School. He attended Virginia Tech starting in 1987 and received majors in Biochemistry and English in 1992. While there, Jeff was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Jeff worked for several years in biochemistry before switching to computers in the early 90s. The career switch was prompted by a month long trip across country. Jeff's career hit its stride with the growing popularity of the Internet. He worked for Discovery Channel from 1997 to 2000 where he worked in Interactive Television and Broadband Entertainment. Here he wrote his first book Dynamic HTML: The HTML Developer's Guide, which went through four printings. Subsequently, he worked for Loral Cyberstar and America Online where he published his second book, Interactive Media: Interactive TV and Streaming Media Enter the Home. Jeff met Allison Driver in November 1999 at a Washington Redskins football game. They are to be married April 26, 2003 and reside in Bethesda, MD.
