See copy of attached letter Dated 10 April 1963 from State of New jersey, Department of Defense stating John Rule who served in the active military forces from New Jersey during the period of the Revolutionary War, 1775-1783 received Certificate 1, Voucher No. 120 dated April 22, 1785 and also Certificate No. 1 Voucher 805 dated Oct. 12, 1785 from depreciation of pay.
